For Posterior Pain:
The illustration to the
right demonstrates that posterior pain
is manifest as a real device of enslavement, an amplifier of
dysmelia,
a
dysmorphia or simply a localized dystonia.
With
the
subject sidelying, search for a painful contracture by digital
palpation of the lateral face of the spinal processes (note the arm
position for proper testing). This particular sidelying technique is
the
better of the three techniques we use
for lesion diagnosis.
