 ⇐  TO RELIEVE MENSTRUAL CRAMPS


 ⇔ This point is VERY effective for fast relief of menstrual cramps. It is VERY sensitive in women = OUCH!
The point lies on the inner (medial) surface of both lower legs, 5 finger-widths above the ankle-bone & just behind the 'shin-bone' (the tibia).



TO RELIEVE CHOKING:



HOOK your index finger in the hollow at the throat midline, behind the junction of both collarbones;
 Then pull down & forward, while holding it there*.
*If no positive action occurs after a reasonable time, encouraging vomiting may also help. The Heimlich Maneuver can be helpful, too.
